How to Submit and Process Your Custom Pillow Case

Please ensure that your files are in either PNG or JPEG format. It is important to have a minimum resolution of 150 DPI (dots per inch) for optimal print quality. Additionally, we recommend that your files have a size of 2000x2000 pixels.

When submitting your order, please visit the product page on our website and utilize the designated file upload feature. If you have multiple files, we kindly ask you to compress them into a single ZIP folder for convenience.

Please note that the production time for custom pillow cases is estimated to be 7-10 days. This duration includes the processing of your files, the creation of a mock-up, the printing process, and the preparation for shipping.

After we receive your files, our team will promptly work on creating a mock-up of your custom pillow case. We will send you the mock-up within 24-48 hours via email for your approval. It is important to carefully review the mock-up and ensure that it meets your expectations. If any changes are needed, please let us know as soon as possible.

Once the mock-up is approved, we will proceed with the printing process. Please note that once the printing process begins, we are unable to provide refunds or cancellations. However, in the unlikely event of any printing issues, we will contact you to discuss possible solutions.

If your file(s) are found to have low resolution or may result in subpar print quality, our team will reach out to you for further assistance. We can provide guidance on improving the resolution or suggest alternative options to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
