Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
- To start a return, please contact us at info@householdandgift.com with your order number and product details.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the product.
Exchanges
- If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll gladly exchange it at no extra cost.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., personal care products, food items, or clearance stock). Such items will be clearly marked on the product page.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- In case of an exchange, we cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you.
